📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of logistics and delivery services.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Manage and mentor operational staff.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in the development of new operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the logistics industry.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
