📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.,Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the recruitment budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Basic knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
