📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and conditions.
Develop and implement engineering solutions tailored to project needs.
Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project progress and outcomes.
Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 for project planning and management.
Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in field engineering, preferably in the Mining, Resources, or Energy sector.
Certification in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., PMP, PE, or equivalent).
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Strong project management skills with experience using project management software.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Indonesia.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
