📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate banquet services to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in planning and executing events, including set-up, service, and clean-up.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.
• Work closely with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or event management role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is beneficial.
• Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is preferred.
• Valid work permit for Dili is required.
