GRID Nusantara is looking for a Lead HR Manager to lead our HR team and drive our HR strategy. As the Lead HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Lead the HR team and drive the HR strategy.

Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process.

Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.

Develop and deliver training and development programs.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in English and Indonesian.

Experience in a fast-paced, growing company is a plus.
