📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs for Sozo Skin products, ensuring alignment with brand standards and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular training sessions for sales and medical teams, focusing on product application, benefits, and best practices.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos, to support the training process.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
• Collaborate with the sales and medical teams to address any questions or concerns related to product usage.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the skincare industry to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
• Assist in the development of new training initiatives to support the growth and success of Sozo Skin products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall training strategy of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical trainer or nurse in the skincare industry.
• Certification as a Medical Trainer or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sozo Skin products and their benefits.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in using training software and tools such as PowerPoint, Prezi, or similar.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
