📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.
• Manage inventory and ordering of pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Dispense medications to patients, providing expert pharmaceutical advice and counsel.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.
• Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and technologies.
• Ensure the pharmacy is a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting.
• Valid pharmacist license and registration with the Indonesian Pharmacist Association (IAP).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using pharmacy management software such as EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and POS (Point of Sale) systems.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
