PT Surya Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the achievement of audit objectives,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings and corrective actions,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff members,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal control frameworks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
