📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
