As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
