📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating team activities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.,Support the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and implementing team projects and tasks.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help improve productivity and efficiency.,Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team.,Support the Team Leader in preparing reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
