📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with automotive and motorcycle dealerships, showrooms, and service centers in key areas of Bali.
• Promote our products and services through in-person interactions, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns or complaints promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Agent or similar role in the automotive or motorcycle industry, preferably in a high-volume sales environment.
• Strong understanding of the automotive and motorcycle market, including latest models, features, and pricing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with additional English skills a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bali to meet sales targets.
