📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage local communities and increase awareness of our programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and outreach activities.
• Conduct surveys and gather data to inform our outreach efforts and program development.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of our outreach efforts to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to community members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on community needs and trends to ensure our outreach efforts remain relevant and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, program development, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully engaging and mobilizing communities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
