📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
• Assist in the management of our e-commerce website, including troubleshooting and updates.
• Generate reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and improve our services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Experience with basic data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
