📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Prepare and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.,Participate in promotional activities and sales events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Proven ability to manage store operations and staff.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
