Store Cloud Indonesia is looking for a Deputy Telemarketing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.,Assist in the sales process by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
