📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities for children from birth to age 3
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes holistic development
• Assist in the daily care and supervision of children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute group activities, outings, and special events
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, milestones, and any special needs
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our micro-nursery program
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture that values diversity and individual differences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a micro-nursery setting
• Certification in early childhood education, such as the Montessori or Play-Based Learning certification
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with using educational software and tools, such as Kidskloud or Brightwheel
• Passion for making a positive impact on children's lives
