📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of manufacturing plants, cleanrooms, and corporate facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
• Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives and sustainability programs.
• Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues and projects.
• Utilize SAP and BIM 360 for efficient facility management and reporting.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive facility management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with at least 2 years in a multi-site environment.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability certifications is a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP and BIM 360.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cleanroom standards is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
