PT Duta Kartika is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate screening, and coordinating interviews. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with limited experience in recruitment to gain valuable insights and experience in the field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings and screening candidates.,Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and other recruitment materials.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the organization of recruitment events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.
