📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Monitor cash handling procedures to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve performance and customer service skills.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding financial transactions.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Promote a positive and professional work environment for all staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
