📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks and office management.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and safe.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Handle office security and emergency preparedness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of office events and activities.
  • Monitor and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the management team as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to office management.
