In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
