Spot Quick Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Officer to join our team in Seminyak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tax functions of our company, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax accounting, a deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the tax functions of the company, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management and employees.,Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns and filings.,Monitor and analyze tax-related risks and opportunities.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Train and mentor junior tax professionals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with tax software and accounting systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
