📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
• Source and negotiate with premium coffee bean suppliers to ensure consistent quality and competitive pricing.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach, both domestically and internationally.
• Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in supply chain management.
• Leverage data analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and logistics management, preferably in the coffee industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing supply chain operations and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of logistics software, including SAP and JDA.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
