📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform order picking and packing accurately and efficiently using our WMS and ERP software.
• Collaborate with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all warehouse operations.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in the outbound process.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly operational targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our logistics partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and background check.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
