📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Create and manage job postings on various job boards and company websites.
  • Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their suitability for the roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Evaluate and select the best candidates for the roles.
  • Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through referrals and other channels.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
