VEGA Unggul is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Counter professional to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to make a difference in our company.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and driving sales. You will work in a fast-paced environment, so you need to be able to multitask and think on your feet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales counter.
  • Promote our products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software.
