📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage finance transformation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and KPMG's strategic goals.,Develop and implement innovative financial solutions and processes to enhance client performance and competitiveness.,Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on financial management, risk management, and internal controls.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and transformation.,Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure continuous growth and success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.,Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to the development of KPMG's finance transformation capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance transformation consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.,Strong understanding of financial management, risk management, and internal controls.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus.,Experience working with multinational clients and in a multicultural environment is a plus.
