📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the pharmaceutical services and operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Provide expert pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.,Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and pharmaceutical technicians.,Ensure the safe and effective use of medications, including medication reconciliation, therapy optimization, and medication error prevention.,Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmaceutical activities and transactions.,Stay current with the latest developments in the field of pharmacy and healthcare.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.,Professional registration with the Indonesian Pharmacy Board or equivalent.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
