In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of elevator systems at various project sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and installation of elevator systems at various project sites.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.,Monitor project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on elevator systems.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.
