📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Monitor and report on training program participation and outcomes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development roles.,Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
