🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in naval engineering, with a proven track record in project management.
- Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Strong understanding of maritime regulations and standards, including IMO, ABS, and DNV.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
