In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical experience in finance and accounting while contributing to a well-established resort in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily data entry and maintenance of financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks, including filing and organizing financial documents.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
