📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Collect, clean, and organize procurement data from various sources.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with procurement team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Participate in procurement process improvements and initiatives.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as required.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and best practices.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
