📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, and microbiology, using state-of-the-art equipment such as automated analyzers and microscopes.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory results to provide accurate and timely information to healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those from the Ministry of Health and international organizations like ISO.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the quality and accuracy of patient care.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.
• Provide technical support and training to laboratory staff as needed.
• Document and report laboratory findings, adhering to strict confidentiality and data security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Certification from a recognized professional body, such as the Indonesian Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists (IAMLS) or the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP).
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic health record (EHR) software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
