As a Marine Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for coordinating vessel arrivals and departures, managing crew and cargo operations, and ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations. You'll work closely with our team of marine superintendents and port agents to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate vessel arrivals and departures, ensuring timely and efficient port operations.
- Manage crew and cargo operations, including berthing, unberthing, and cargo handling.
- Monitor vessel performance and track key metrics using Navisphere and Maxsur.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with marine superintendents and port agents to maintain safety and efficiency standards.
- Provide operational support to the marine superintendent and other departments as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marine operations or a related field.
- Certification in Marine Operations or a related field (e.g., STCW Basic Safety Training, ISM Code, or ISPS Code).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with marine operations software, such as Navisphere or Maxsur.
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations and company policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
